Chapter 02 — About Buckle

A foundation built on
love and knowledge

We Donate Knowledge

Inspired by Sarah and Veronica, the mothers of its founders, Buckle carries forward a tradition of nurturing care and educational empowerment.

02.1
Our Origins

The story behind Buckle

The Buckle Foundation was established to promote literacy among underprivileged boys and girls, many of whom lack access to basic reading materials.

This deprivation significantly constrains their literacy development and, consequently, their ability to achieve their full potential in life. By addressing this gap, the foundation seeks to create more equitable educational opportunities and foster long-term personal and social development.

The name "Buckle" honours Veronica and Sarah, whose combined values underpin the organisation's dual mission.
